At Roguehaus, we aim to get your order out fast and with care. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain countries due to carrier limitations or import restrictions — including North Korea, some countries in the Middle East, and some regions in Africa.

Shipping Carriers

We ship from our Ontario-based storage unit using Stallion Express, which partners with trusted carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • PostNL

  • UniUni

  • And others, depending on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 1–4 business days

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • International: 8–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, local carriers, and unforeseen delays.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada and the United States.

Duties & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at roguehaus.shop@gmail.com. We’ll work with our shipping partners to track it down. If no resolution is possible, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
