Roguehaus curates and reworks vintage items, each sold as a one-of-one. Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We provide accurate measurements, detailed photos, and descriptions — including flaws — to ensure full transparency before purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from what was described. This includes all reworked and cropped items. Please read descriptions and review all photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Customers Only)

If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return under this right:

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned unused, in the exact condition it was received.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence of both the item and the packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement — at our discretion.

Cancellations

We aim to ship quickly. Once your order is placed, we begin processing immediately. As a result, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
